This policy covers the apps made by Gadiel Industries LLC (Co Family Plan, Smith's Gym and Phone 3D Scanner) and this website. When we say "we" or "us," we mean Gadiel Industries LLC. If an app has its own privacy notice, that notice adds to this one.
What we collect
- What you put in. The things you type, log, save or upload in an app. In Co Family Plan that's your family plan, events, messages, expenses and the details you save. In Smith's Gym it's your workouts and the health and fitness notes you choose to log. In Phone 3D Scanner it's the photos and scans you choose to send us so we can build your 3D model.
- Account details. If an app has an account, we keep your name, email address and sign-in details.
- Messages to us. If you email or call us, we keep what you send so we can answer you.
- Basic technical records. Our servers keep standard logs, like your IP address, device type and the time of a request, to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to run the app you're using: to show your data back to you and to the people you choose to share it with, to keep your account working, to answer your questions and to fix problems. That's it.
What we never do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't use it for advertising, and we don't put third-party ad trackers in our apps.
- We don't share your health and fitness notes with anyone you haven't chosen to share them with.
Who else handles it
We use outside companies to host and store our apps and to send email. They handle your information only to provide that service to us. If you pay for something inside an app, Apple or Google handles the payment and we don't see your card number. We'll also share information if the law requires it.
Children
Our apps are made for adults. A parent may choose to share a family schedule with their child, and the parent controls that. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete your account from inside the app where the app offers it, or by emailing office@gadielindustries.com. When you do, we delete your information unless we have to keep something by law. In Co Family Plan, messages you've already sent stay in the other parent's record, because both parents rely on that record.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfect, so we can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong. If something does, we'll tell you as the law requires.
This website
This website doesn't use cookies or analytics. Our web host keeps the standard server logs described above.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
